Gourm-E-Bike Tour Visits Monte Fomento!

On Saturday, May 31st, 2025, the charming municipality of Kaštelir-Labinci hosted the Gourm-E-Bike cycling and gastronomy tour, attracting numerous nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and admirers of Istrian authenticity.

We are proud that Monte Fomento was one of the selected stops on this unique route.

Tour participants visited our estate, where we welcomed them with a professionally guided olive oil tasting. Guests had the opportunity to learn how to distinguish between olive oil varieties, gain basic insights into the olive processing method, and discover the proper way to taste olive oil – through aroma, flavor, and texture.

After the educational part, the experience continued in a more relaxed atmosphere with a leisurely walk through the woods to our donkeys, enjoying nature, conversation, and a few joyful moments.
