If you have changed your mind, you can return the ordered goods without explanation and before they are sent to the delivery address. If you ordered and received the goods at the address, and still would like something else, you can make a replacement. Complaints are made for goods that are delivered incorrectly or incomplete due to some defects that occurred before or after packaging, but not by the buyer.
Unilateral termination of the contract of sale
Unilateral termination of the Agreement is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader in writing with a notice stating that he is terminating the contract. The notice must be written on a durable medium and may be delivered as a letter sent by mail or e-mail. After you write a notice for termination of the contract, send it to us via e-mail address info@grebac.com or by mail to the address OPG Grebac, Kovači 17, 52464 Kaštelir. We will then contact you and arrange a refund details with you.
The condition of termination of the said Agreement is that the purchased goods have not been used – if the use (impairment) has occurred, the supplier will, upon receipt of the returned goods in the warehouse, assess the condition of the goods according to visible signs of use and determine the percentage of refund. Refunds are made in the manner in which the payment was made, ie by payment to the account, and only after receipt of the returned goods. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Prohibition of prepayment
It is prohibited to demand from the consumer any advance payment during the period for unilateral termination of the contract. The ban applies to any compensation, including payment, giving guarantees, reserving money in accounts, explicitly acknowledging debt, and so on.
Return
We advise you not to pick up the package before signing the delivery note, but to open it in the presence of the delivery person and check the appearance of the ordered goods in the package, especially if the package shows visible damage. If the goods have visible damage, defects or are goods that you did not order, please do not pick up the package – the supplier will return it to us, and our customer support will contact you to arrange a new delivery of the correct goods.
If you have picked up the ordered goods and subsequently identified damage, defects or malfunctions that did not occur as a result of your handling, and before or just after the first use of the product, we must contact us within a maximum of 8 days of receipt of the product.
